Typical Systems

Basic Scheduling System

A small number of Scheduling Managers, plus a Contact Entry for each person making Requests. Persons who wish to make Requests do so anonymously. A Scheduling Manager processes the Requests, and creates one or more Reservations based on those Requests.

Guest Reservation System

Anonymous Guests are able to make Reservations. If a Guest makes a mistake, or needs to cancel, they must contact a Scheduling Manager to make changes. This prevents Guests from erasing or changing other Guests' Reservations.

You might choose this setup if you have an abundance of facilities and/or there is usually no waiting list for availability of facilities.
