Schedule Views
There are a variety of Schedule Views to help you organize your Reservations.
Period View
This lists only Facilities that are currently reserved, with class
periods listed from top-to-bottom, and days of the week listed from
left-to-right. You can choose to view 1, 5, or 7 days at a time.
List View
This is similar to Period View, in that it lists only Facilities that are
currently reserved. However, Facilities are grouped by beginning and ending
times. This produces a shorter printout if you tend to have a mix of heavily
scheduled Periods and lightly scheduled Periods. Days of the week are listed
from left-to-right. You can choose to view 1, 5, or 7 days at a time.
Room by Room View
Only available in Internet Explorer. A Timeline appears from left-to-right,
and Facilities are listed from top-to-bottom.
Kiosk View
Intended for use at a Kiosk station. This view is also suitable for adding
and editing Reservations. Shows one day at a time.
