Facility Requests

Create a new Request

Use the [Request a Facility] link to send a Facility Request to the Scheduling Manager. You will be asked for basic information such as your name, email address, and date, time, and location you wish to request. Other options may also be available, depending on your building.

Pending Requests

When a Scheduling Manager logs in, they will see a reminder link such as [15 Pending Requests]. Clicking that link takes you to a page that lists the 10 most recent Requests that you have received.

Each Pending Request has 3 links:

  • [New Reservation]
    This link takes you the New Reservation screen. The Request information is repeated for your reference.
  • [Mark as Complete]
    Mark a Request as Complete as soon as you have taken care of it. This stores the original Request in the database should you need to refer to it again. The number of Pending Requests will go down by one. Leave it as Incomplete as a reminder that the Request is still pending.
  • [Delete this Request]
    Delete
    the Request if you are sure you will never need to refer to it again, or if the Request is bogus.
Note: Requests before 2004-09-03 do not contain Room information
