Allow Guests to make Reservations: Yes/No
Leave this on No, unless you have a really good reason. If you
do let Guests make their own Reservations, they still cannot Edit or
Delete them. They must contact a Scheduling Manager to make changes.
Require Secret Word for Guest Reservations: Yes/No
Defaults to No.
For a little added security, you can require
every Guest Reservation be authenticated with a secret word that all
legitimate Guests know (your school mascot, for example). This should
help prevent bogus or unauthorized Reservations. You should change your
Secret Word from time to time.
The Secret Word is a nice way to
initiate a light layer of security, in lieu of giving each and every
user their own username and password. It will not prevent every
determined hacker from making Guest Reservations.
Secret Word
Even if set, the Secret Word is not used unless Require Secret
Word for Guest Reservations is set to Yes.
Reservation Screen Message
Use this space to customize instructions to your Scheduling Managers.
Also useful if you allow Guest Reservations.
Allow Exact Time Reservations: Yes/No

Allow Reservation Confirmations: Yes/No
Defaults to Yes.
Allow Reservation Confirmation Choices: Yes/No
Defaults to Yes.
Allow Repeating Reservations: Yes/No
